All memberships require a 6-month or 12-month agreement. Make a one-time payment in full. An automatic monthly payment plan is also available. Your first treatment of the month is included with the membership. Any additional treatments during the month are at membership prices. Early membership cancellation will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no shows will be charged for $35.
