How much should I tip my therapist?

Gratuities are not included in service fees. Gratuities of 15-20% are traditionally given in appreciation of excellent service. Gratuities can be given to your therapist or added to the bill. We accept gratuities both in cash and on your credit cards. Thank you!

Gift Certificate Policies

The following are our policies on gift certificate use/redemption at The Best Day Spa:

• Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate and provide the certificate number.
• The Best Day Spa requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for all gift certificate treatments. A same-day cancellation or a no-show may render the gift certificate invalid.
• No refunds, exchanges, transfers or substitutions are allowed.
• The Best Day Spa gift certificates have no cash value. No cash or refund will be provided for services not used.
